Orders are generally processed through the official merchant (e.g., ClickBank). On your bank or credit card statement, charges may appear as CLICKSANK or CLKBANK*COM. If you are not the cardholder, notify them to prevent confusion.

Returns – Physical Products

Return Steps (via Official Merchant):

  1. Include a note with your Order ID, full name, shipping address, email, phone number, and packing slip (if available).

  2. Ship to:

  3. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

  4. Returns must arrive within 180 days of purchase.

Refunds are issued once the returned items are verified by the fulfillment center. It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
